Cynthia Wise, APRN

Cindy Wise is a highly-skilled nurse with over 30 years of experience caring for others. With 15 years of geriatric experience, eight years as a school nurse, 10 years of hospital work, seven years in home health and hospice, and eight years of care management, Wise has proven herself an excellent nurse.

Wise attended Maryville University – St. Louis, receiving an APN as a family nurse practitioner. She earned an associate degree in nursing from the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith and a bachelor of science in nursing at Southern Nazarene University – Tulsa.
